Re: Door locking: Lights no longer flash?
There is a setting in lights or door handle menu, forgot where exactly but is there 100% because I chose to not let them flash myself.

Re: Recall software update
After the update when I switch off the car I noticed that it takes like half a minute to cut the power from the USBs. Is yours doing the same? Before used to cut the power after 2 seconds or so.

Re: Do you still LOVE your e?
How's the range held up for those of you with more miles on it? Nobody can say with precision because it depends on the way you drive and road conditions. You will never be able to measure the range. You will only know when people start complaining that they are doing half the range. It will not ha...

Re: Do you still LOVE your e?
Still in love and will keep it till the end of it's life. 83000km and still like new. I detail it once a week including tyres and wheels, I wear gaming finger sleeves to keep the inside buttons and screen clean. Still turns heads and mine too when I get out and walk away. There are no other EV at th...

Re: Pre-condition button on remote does nothing
I seem to recall from the app, the preheat settings are low med high (18 20 22degrees C), and the preheat will only work for a maximum of 30 minutes. I do not think it runs the aircon - the problem with this is that without aircon, preheating in the morning tends to actually add more moisture to in...

Re: Charging
50kW is fine, the car charges only between 41kW and 47kw up to 54% then goes down to 30kW if the temperature is above 25 degrees celcius. So no need to find a faster charger.

Re: Pre-condition button on remote does nothing
There are three temperatures to the preconditioning - Its not very effective at removing heat from the heat soaked cabin in summer because the car is not moving, even after 30mins of pre conditioning to the lowest tempt - it will only make the car bearable (until you start moving, then the capacity...

Re: Overspeed notification chime
I don’t have a speeding chime… - is it because my e is older 2020? - Is it because I’ve turned off the two alarms you can have in the instrument cluster (controlled by the left wheel on the steering wheel)? - Is it because I have turned down the volume for system sounds? - - general settings/system...

Re: Overspeed notification chime
If you are happy to go over the limit when going downhill then just increase the speed limit and will stop chiming. It is chiming for a reason.

Re: Top milage
When I bought the car I was aware that its range was relatively low - therefore it would be unjust to make any criticism - My surprise really is how much the outside temperature effects range - cold day with heating on I would be looking at 70-75 miles , something I should have considered before pu...
