Re: Overspeed notification chime
I do get a speed sign flashing in the instrument cluster, but no annoying sounds… and the flashing I just see as: Honda has noticed a new sign! I'd imagine it's because it's set to "Screen" (as per reply from Zugarelli above) so you get the visual cue, but no audible cue. That's how mine ...

Re: The e goes on holiday to Wales
I'm know you're way ahead of this, once you have Zapmap for planning, these days with Gridserve and Ionity at the big motorway services and Instavolt etc on the major A roads, you'll be fine without having to worry about thinking about Tesla.

Re: [UK] Offer for Car Servicing alongside MOT
There is a scheduled service order for the e that dealers should be adhering to thought right? I didn't take the service package when I got mine from new, but when I book in annually, there's a slightly different fixed fee for the scheduled service type, which now I'm over the 3 year mark has the MO...

Re: Failed brake servo/pedal simulator - a how-to DIY fix
The good news is that the part is showing on the Honda UK system as in stock and available for delivery. We shall see. It is? That's great news. I and a load of others are waiting on these to arrive at dealers right now, so fingers crossed they arrive soon. Honda stumped up 40% of the part cost in ...

Re: Failed brake servo/pedal simulator - a how-to DIY fix
Thank you so much for putting in the time and effort to document this issue. I have the same problem with my 2020 Honda Jazz Crosstar and unfortunately zero mechanical ability. You stated that Honda Japan has issued a recall for this fault. I’ve search Google but found nothing. Do you know of evide...

Re: Help - warning lights all over dash
Can someone suggest a decent contact for Honda themselves (preferrably in the UK)? I have already tried emailing 'customer.service@honda-eu.com' but predictably received no response. I ended up using the Custom Services contact form which I doubted would generate anything, but they did call me to d...

This is an amazing effort in producing this guide and associated commentary, quite extraordinary stuff.
I too have been offered the 40% off the list price of the part from Honda, dealer seems to think it will receive the part later this month (April), but we'll see if that transpires.

Re: Help - warning lights all over dash
I don't own a Honda E but I do own a Honda Jazz which has the brake simulator fault which appears to be the same on the E. Honda UK must surely be aware of the problem by now since on the Uk Club Jazz.org forum our members have already reported 8 cases in the last few months and we are also aware o...

Re: Electrical Problems
Why is no one here using their Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) because this is clearly an issue that should not occur on cars of this age? I can't speak for everyone, but I'm not sure practically how it can be done in parallel with trying to get the car repaired and back on the road. I agree this par...
