Re: How range is affected

My father has the same attitude to the gas tank as your wife. As someone who had to bring him gas after he run out of it in the middle of the road, I don't share that attitude :D If you are so worried about running out of electricity mid-journey, get yourself an Ecoflow delta battery. It won't exten...

Re: How range is affected

I don't have a lot of experience with actually driving with 4 adults in the car. The car weights 1500kg, a chunky driver would be another 100kg, so 1600kg total according to you results in 100miles. Three more chunky passangers are another 300kg which is 20% more than the original total. So technica...

Re: New joiner...and question about charging please

The 12v battery thing is a lottery where your odds can be slightly improved by trickle charging and preconditioning the car often. Mine is still on the original battery too, no issues so far but I am keeping a booster pack in the glovebox just in case. Sooner or later it will happen and when it does...

Re: New joiner...and question about charging please

The E is not your typical Honda. It is more like a concept car that accidentally made its way to the production. Then the accident has been spotted and fixed (the production cancelled). Hence, it is very special, but expensive and fragile. The handle issue is related to moisture finding its way insi...

Re: Power system indicator warning

This is some fast response from the dealership. Mine would take a couple of days to contact me to tell that they might have a slot at the most inconviniet time in two weeks...

Re: Driving Honda E on the Highway

Hello and welcome :) I do mixed driving 95km/h and city driving. In this mode I get around 250km in summer and around 200km in winter. If you are experiencing below freezing temperatures in winter I am afraid the E won't cut it for you. I don't believe it will be able to do 200km at that speed in wi...

Re: New joiner...and question about charging please

I would say it mostly depends on how long you are planning to keep the car. If it is 5-10 years, then charge it to 100% whenever you can. It wont degrade much within that time. If it is >10 years then I would advise limiting the charging to 80% and avoiding draining it below 30%. The matter has been...

Re: Wrapping the e

Oh yeah, the price is based on the size of the car, the wrap you pick and the place that does the wrapping. The best place in Lithuania with an averagely priced wrap would do it for 2-3k euros. If you are somewhere more expensive like the UK it would probably cost you 3-4k euros. One more thing to k...

Re: Wrapping the e

I was considering wrapping my E but then named it Pikachu and settled down with the charged yellow color. My partner had her Toyota IQ wrapped and now she has her new Peugeot e208 wrapped as well. Both times the wrapping was done professionally and with Toyota it is still holding for over 10 years s...
