Re: Little Red Honda

Nice! If you wouldn't mind looking up the paint code in the door well as instructed on https://hond.ae/reference/#paint, I can update that page with the red paint code :) The colour code should be R565M. Hmm, never heard of anyone having the option for this other than it being for the limited editi...

Re: Potential buyer from Iceland [Updated! Order is in! :D]

As you’ll see in my wheel spacer post that I went with 20 & 25mm spacers rather than 25mm all round because I considered 25mm was too much on front in regards the amount of wheel/tyre showing past the lower section of bodywork as well as how close they would be on maximum lock to the arch liner...

Re: Potential buyer from Iceland [Updated! Order is in! :D]

Have a look at this thread Wheel Spacers . I did consider lowering springs but couldn’t justify the expense of not only the springs but also the labour because I’d most likely pay someone to do this for me or buy a decent spring compressor just for this single job; I’ve bought cheap spring compress...

Re: Potential buyer from Iceland [Updated! Order is in! :D]

Do you think we can get enough people together to have a Honda E get-together in Reykjavík? Would you be interested? Would be great once I've took delivery of my car - would love it! I've seen one Modern Steel Metallic, two Crystal Blue Metallic and one Crystal Black Pearl on the road in Iceland so...

Re: Potential buyer from Iceland [Updated! Order is in! :D]

I have the 20% discount as well. But haven't used it to charge my car that much. Mostly just take advantage of the discount of my home electricity. I'm charging for free at work and also very close to my home. I've had a few close calls when I've reached 0% since I thought I had more range then I d...

Re: Potential buyer from Iceland [Updated! Order is in! :D]

Hi from Iceland. I bought mine used, standard, just a few weeks ago. I only got the home charger, I don't think they include the type 2 cable with new cars in Iceland. And I have not yet been able to get the app to work. I'm thinking to root the android system after it's out of warranty and then tr...

Re: Potential buyer from Iceland

I think the white color suits the car well, I like the contrast. The only thing I didn't like was the blue around the H-emblems, so I bought an extra set of emblems and painted the blue black, and replaced them :-) Probably the only two things that I'm not a fan of is the blue around the emblems an...

Re: Potential buyer from Iceland

Congrats on ordering! Can’t speak to how well it works in cold climates but with those distances it sounds a good fit. My car came new with both the type 2 cable and the granny charger. (My granny charger was broken and replaced under warranty, but hopefully that’s rare.) I’ve put a short collectio...

Re: Potential buyer from Iceland

Well, I finally did it. Made the decision and ordered my e today. I've spent the time since I created this thread watching pretty much every review video I could find on YouTube, taken two test drives, done range math, procrastinated, had pre-purchase range anxiety and thought about the switch from ...

Potential buyer from Iceland [Updated! Order is in! :D]

Hello there! Firstly, apologies for registering if you're not supposed to if you don't own an e! Also, apologies if this is in the wrong place, feel free to move it if needed! I've been shopping around quite a bit for an EV and generally as a petrolhead (ironic when talking about an EV, I know) the ...
