Re: Honda e officially cancelled in UK and Europe
I feel Honda made the right decision with the range, it's meant for city driving. It's easy for any maker to increase the range by putting in a bigger battery, higher dead load and thus lowering the efficiency. I honestly feel that in time the choice to fit a battery pack of that size/weight will b...

Re: Preferred place to buy a used e
I'm not yet put off by horror stories of handles, apps and lane assist! Good, despite those stories I'm an owner since September 2020 and haven't regretted my purchase for a second. My original plan was to run it for a decade and that's still my plan 3 years later. A Honda dealer is far likel...

1894 in the UK as of Q2 2023 with a further 61 on SORN (so likely to be sat registered at dealers awaiting a home). So in total, just under 2k will likely ever have hit the UK roads.

Re: Wallbox Recommendations
I reckon pretty much any contemporary wallbox should be able to do that TBH.... I got an Andersen A2 3.5 years ago and other than the company going bust and then getting bought out of receivership, it's been great (and looks awesome).

Re: First OTA update released!
I installed it first thing this morning. Not looked too closely, but I'm pretty sure it's an upgrade of the underlying Android sub system rather than anything functional. But I'd love to be surprised!

Re: My Honda+ subscriptions are undergoing some exciting changes
It looks like my current free Core Connectivity subscription will be truncated from 17 November 2028. I would have preferred that to continue as-is and forego any additional features whether paid or not. Yeah, me too. I mean that's all I use as it's really just basic service connection to the car (...

Re: My Honda+ subscriptions are undergoing some exciting changes
My reading of this is that there will no longer be any free tier of Honda+ after whatever free period is described and for all access you'll need to pay £4.99 per month? That's..... something of a challenging sell I would think?

Re: Digital Key Error Warning
Was anyone able to figure this out? I'm the happy owner of a Honda e since June this year. From a week after the purchase I'm getting this error on every start. Already removed my girlfriend mobile app registration and had the dealer look into this, both didn't help. Is it worthwhile to completely ...

Re: Honda e - 250miles (WLTP)
No idea how involving a process it is to change the battery, some interesting photos here . While the e has "classic potential", it might be just too rare to for any company to start making aftermarket batteries/motors for it. Fully Charged did a bit on Robert's Leaf getting a better upgr...
