Re: Rear view mirror position
I had the same issue. It was very stiff when I tried moving it for the first time. To the point that I've also decided to check the manual before I break something. Maybe this is how it should be on a new car? Never owned one before

Re: Honda Sustaina C (Concept)
I know it is a matter of taste but it doesn't look good to me. The sloped bonnet and the black plastic trim are awful.

Re: Honda e - 250miles (WLTP)
10k sounds reasonable. However, if it was only a range extention by keeping the same weight, I would not buy it. For my needs the current range is plenty. A solid state battery with longer lifetime and less affected by the temperature changes would be a more tempting offer, but even then I would wai...

Re: Tech Review
The E is expensive only when the range is considered. If you take the range out of the equation, it is a very well-equipped car. Essential 1. Heated seats/steering wheel - basically a range extender and a must for any EV; 2. OPM/regen petals - I don't use OPM myself since it is not as efficient as l...

Re: Did you Buy or Sell up?
I am currently leasing mine and will buy it out later on. Not just that, when my girlfriend was shopping for an EV I've strongly recommended getting a second E. Unfortunately, it is not as easy nowadays and she had to settle down with an e-208. Tbh, there is nothing on the market at the moment that ...

Re: Help... Rattle
Ah, yes. The good old rattle. Maybe one day someone will take the car apart to give us a definitive answer as to what exactly causes it. Removing the cover behind the rearview mirror didn't help me. I tried driving with it removed and the rattle was still there. It feels as if the rattle comes from ...

Re: Rear seat warning
Works as intended. To my understanding, it reminds you to check if you haven't forgot any items rather than didn't close a door.

Re: Headlight not turning off
There is a setting in the lighting settings that controls how long the lights stay on after locking the car. It is called follow me home or something like that. This is the first place I would check for that issue

Re: Turn lane keep assist off forever?
Are you sure the warnings are for the lane assist and not for the blind spot? I have never seen a lane assist warning with my blinker on. I often see a blind spot warning when indicating a turn with something being in the blind spot.

Re: Next Gen Carplay
Abandon Hope All Ye Who Enter Here. This won't happen with the current E. Even if the hardware is compatible and technically it can be done, it would take a tremendous effort to test the compatibility of the new software with the old hardware. And what are the incentives to do so? To sell more of th...
