Hello
I live in NZ and I don’t have a local service agent for the E. Does anyone here know how to install a new pollen filter? I think they usually install from inside the cabin. Help

It's very easy, as shown in the manual, I had a look at mine a few months ago.
See page 622 in the 2021 online manual or the paper hardcopy under the heading '>>Climate Control System Maintenance>Dust and Pollen Filter'.

In the UK even though the manual states the pollen filter is to be changed every year, Honda UK have told their dealers to only change it every 2 years.

Yes mine wasn't changed either.. not that I was concerned but usually they changed them at around 12k kms I had my first annual checkup at 25k+ I never got to see how it looked.. but technically I'll be changing my pollen filter at around 50/60k Kms next year.. it's pretty far from recommended.londiniumperson wrote: ↑Mon Dec 13, 2021 2:52 pm In the UK even though the manual states the pollen filter is to be changed every year, Honda UK have told their dealers to only change it every 2 years.
