MyHonda+ - Windows status "Unknown"

About a week ago all 4 windows showing as "Unknown" in the Vehicle security section in MyHonda+ app, rest of info are all accurate and wondering if anyone got the same issue?

That’s standard operating procedure for the MyHonda+ app, you need to refresh the status to get a more accurate state of the window & doors. See where I’ve highlighted on the top left:

I think this is a new issue and isn't resolved by the refresh; here's mine after refresh showing windows status as unknown, but locking confirmed.

Excellent, I rarely use the app now, let alone that page.
Another point confirming it’s lack of usefulness.

Yes clicking that is like standard step every time I open the app, and somehow it is not helping this time.

Seems to be a widespread issue, I have the issue on mine too and have seen various posts on other pages about it. Must be a server side problem

I also see it in the app. Last Monday, that app was updated (at least for iOS), maybe it has to do with that as I have never seen this before.
