How to remove cover behind interior mirror?

Hi!
I'm installing a dash cam and considering multiple placement options. To get it behind wipers and a bit out of view, I might install it underneath the cover that's behind the interior mirror, covering the different sensors and cameras.

Has anyone removed it, or does anyone have access to a service manual?

I'm not sure I want to place it there yet, but I want to see how I can route the wires if I do.
