New charge curve?

Has the charge curve changed recently? Because my most recent quick charge was horribly slow.
Normally, I don't use the (DC) fast charging option, but to be a little bit more prepared for longer trips, I decided to do tiny trial fast charge while getting a sandwich and a coffee. My car was at 68% and wanted to have a quick 10-minute charge to get it up to 80% before heading home.
I was aware of the charge curve going down at higher SoC's, but I wasn't expecting such an abysmal result as I did today. After plugging in, the car immediately said it would take no less than 33 minutes (!) to charge up to 80%. That would have made sense to me if the battery was at a 10-15% SoC, but not 68%!
I was expecting it to charge at around 20 or 30 kW. After 25 minutes I just left, seeing it was charging at only 10 kW. Is this abnormal, or is it just a temperature thing? (It was around 4 C).
