Hi, I will be contacting Bristol Honda tomorrow but thought I would check here first.
According to the Honda app my car doesn’t have a Digital Service history.
I purchased this car in December 2023 from Bristol Honda, it was their demonstrator and came with the 5 year service plan. Surely it has been serviced and this is just an oversight.
2022 Honda E Advance, Modern Steel Metalic, 16” rims.

I've just checked for my car (bought in Septemer 2020), using the Honda UK website (and clicking on Owners, then Digital Service Record, then Access Your Digital Record, then logging in to my account, clicking on 'Find your car' and entering the VIN number). It said "There are no services associated to this VIN".

Perhaps they weren't doing Digital Service Records back then. I've bought a couple of Honda motorbikes in recent years, in 2021 and in 2023, and the one I bought in March 2023 was the first that had a digital Service Record rather than it being stamped in a Service Record book (there was no Service Record book for that bike). My Honda e has a Service Record book and the services are recorded in that.

I've asked each time mine has been serviced and have always been told that the Honda e is not supported by their Digital Service Record system via the app.

Based in Iceland - I got an actual physical service record with my car.

Curiously, all the maintenance countdowns and reminders on my e weren't visible when I picked it up on delivery brand new, it was only after the first service that everything became visible and I can now see the countdown to the next service.

Thank you for your replies, I phoned Honda last week to ask why the app wasn’t showing any service records, they couldn’t give me an answer but did say they would pass my concerns on to their technical department and they would be in touch if they find a solution, so while I’ve not received an email or text I did check the app yesterday and I now have the PDI service showing up dated 4th April 2022, I’m still concerned because that’s the only entry and the first service is still missing. I will now be contacting Bristol Honda to try and find out why I don’t have a full service record, my handbook is empty and doesn’t even have the PDI signed off.

I decided to try and access my service history again yesterday and as usual it showed nothing, so I contacted Honda as per the message on 0345 200 8000 and the support agent took my details and today I can now see the list of service records including PDI.

This explains 2 things:
1) Why my service indicator was always coming on 2 weeks early.
2) Confirms one of the dealership lies, where they said the car couldn't be picked up until 17 Aug 2020, even though they had PDI'd it on 31 July.

I suspect they wanted an additional sale in August instead of July & why put the customer first when they can prioritise themselves over their customers.

After Honda got involved and I notified Bristol Honda the app is now showing the Digital Service Record, one PDI and it’s first service, I think because the car was their demonstrator it wasn’t setup with an owner, however if anyone has had their digital record added as immediately after a service could you tell me if they actually did anything to the car apart from just a check list like the PDI inspection, anything adjusted or replaced?
I’ve basically got two PDI inspections.
