Yes - you lucky one! Daily app maintenance couldn't save some of us from the problem....
A whole army of experts at Honda Connected Services had to work on it.
But who it affected and why was never communicated.
My Honda+
That’s very frustrating. I guess they’ll never tell us.
As a software engineer I would like to know, because I find it interesting to know what their setup looks like, and what challenges they face.
Snap, it happened to me this morning, but when I went to 'Manage subscription' all subscription were there anyway and going back page all was well, phew
I thought this can't be just me, so came here and found your post
2020 e Advance : Modern Steel Metallic + blue accent
When I opened the app this morning to check on how the car was charging I got taken to a page prior to the app opening, as in MattHero's post it wanted me to manage subscriptions, at the top of the list was the Digital Key which it offered as a complementary 1 year addition to the app. I accepted and the app crashed.......... any advice (apart from use the key fob.)
Aha... on reopening the app it asked for tick boxes to accept terms + conditions and data sharing, then it loaded the background gubbins and did a synchronise and loaded the digital key.

Dude! This is awesome! How did you find this out hahah I'm gonna make a video about it. I'll leave a link back to your post!SwissChris wrote: ↑Sat Oct 17, 2020 2:56 pm You can turn the feedback display off rickwookie. Here is how (use on your own risk):
1. Put the vehicle into "ready to drive" mode.
2. Set the temperature condition to "Lo", and put the buttons for vent mode position and air recirculation in the mode as in the pic attached.
3. Switch the Climate control system OFF.
4. Switch the vehicle in OFF mode.
5. Press and hold both the vent mode position button and the air recirculation button.
6. Put the vehicle into "ready to drive" mode (keep the buttons pressed).
7. Keep the buttons pressed until "19.0" is shown in the AC display (first, "31.0" is shown).
8. Release the buttons.
To switch the feedback display back on, the steps are identical, just set the temperature condition to "Hi" in step 2 and release the buttons when "31.0" is shown in step 7.
This way it worked in my car.
