Window not fully closed when door locked

I am trying hard to get Honda to pay on the grounds….low mileage with full Honda history, known fault etc
How old was car when you made a claim? Also which dealer?
Really appreciate any help!!

My car is 2021 registered model, and it failed within warranty period, Nov 2023 I took it in. Car was on somewhere 15-20k miles at the time. Both handles were starting to feel notch-ety and a little stiffer and would fail to retract when driving off (eventually leading to attempting to retract every time stopped and pull away).

Aylesbury Honda took a look at it for an hour or 2 and said we'll get you 2 new handles. Went back a week or two later and they put them in. Have not had a flat 12v since then but I am on a new 12v larger battery now also.
