Extended Range
I might be being a dafty but I took my e back to the dealer to get a replacement 12v batt under warranty as it has let me down so many times with the possibility of damage to the plates. However while I was there a second update was made with the car. And charging 100% it shows a range of 140 miles. I have never seen it so high so I’m wondering if the upgrade extended the range in line with the cars supplied to the Japanese market or is this what everyone sees as normal?

- a few people have noticed this, but not all, it seems. Obviously the vehicle hardware hasn't changed, so it seems possible some function has been updated in the app/car software... but Honda aren't telling is what's going on...

As to the range displayed, that's interesting, I rarely see more than 1 mile per percent charge, the last time I charged to 100% on 26 March I had 98 miles range & then earlier in the year on 26 Feb only 90 miles.
Which dealer did you visit because they seem to be more customer focused than Hendy Honda are.

I haven’t used mine much the past week & this is it’s current state as of a few minutes ago:
The last journey was 3.5 miles driven very sedately at town speeds with limits of 20 & 30, so averaging at a guess of less than 15mph.
HVAC set to 21C, seats & wheel on with external temp approx 1C.
Updated to give context:The last journey was 3.5 miles driven very sedately at town speeds with limits of 20 & 30, so averaging at a guess of less than 15mph.

Any context on what speed the car is driven at prior to those high guestimates, mine is like LP mile per %, it averaged 3.2 miles per kWh over the last 4 months and 3500 miles.

I only usually drive during the week for my commute for the past 2 years and I’ve rarely travelled at all on weekends due to trying to avoid catching Covid. Until approx 2 weeks ago none of the 5 of us at home tested positive, now restrictions have been lifted 2 are positive, so as I’ve been able to work from home these past few weeks I’ve only been out once when only one was positive.turntoport wrote: ↑Wed Apr 06, 2022 10:20 pmDo you drive Fe at the weekends, Londiumperson?
