My Honda+ App and subscriptions

I have just taken ownership of a demo Honda E.
Still can’t get the car the generate a pairing PIN, awaiting a reply from Honda….

Is this normal?

Yes it is, however it also depends on what country are you in. Where are you?

I had to take it back to the dealer yesterday and they fixed it.
All was fine until today, now the ‘all apps’ button no longer responds

Anyone else no longer able to get in the app? It signed me out and upon trying to sign in, it said it needed permission for secure storage and prompted me for my fingerprint. After giving my print and pressing Allow, it just asks for the fingerprint again. Endlessly. No idea what to do.

Edit: I should have tried this before making a dumb post. Clear cache and data solved it

I just bought a brand new e and I’m still waiting for My Honda + to activate!?!

I’ve had numerous other connected cars and it takes a few mins at most to connect. This is knocking on for 3 weeks now….
