Steering wheel option selector wheel

Is this a common issue? When scrolling through the options in the drivers display, when pressing the wheel to select, nothing happens?

Well it’s never been reported on this forum, so you could be the first to have this issue.

Please let us know how you get on with the dealer fixing this.

Can't say I've ever seen it myself.

Worth resetting the infotainment in case its just a software issue which wouldn't be the first time. There is a post on here about which fuse to pull under the bonnet.

Update: took car to dealer. They are none the wiser. It is booked in for next week to diagnose.
