Can i change my honda E the small 12v battery to 12v lithium ion battery? if i change a 100ah one will that increase a bit of the range of the car?

No and No.
There is very little room under the bonnet to replace the 45ah 12v battery. I managed to fit a 65ah lead acid battery, but there is barely any room and I had to use a different bracket and remove the battery tray. I also suspect that the managed charging system would not react well to the 12v battery not reacting/behaving like a lead acid battery.
Also, the 12v battery does not add its power to the motive system in any way. Increasing it's capacity will not increase your range. Even if it could, 12vX100ah = 1.2kwh , only 3% of the main HV battery pack. Even if you could use it, you need this battery to be full when you arrive, so the car works when you next get in...
