Rain guards
Thanks. It did occur to me... several hours after I wrote that, hahaha. But I'm not editing it for posterity.
I can picture Macygvering a kind of system that would work (onto the external pillar trim), but aside from that because it's frameless, there can't be any one that clips into to the upper frame or window seal.
After some googling, they do exist but they are definitely a much nicher product and possibly not as effective, though good enough, and less aesthetically appealing because they must flare out more to avoid collision with the window.
An example for the Model 3 https://amazon.com/dp/B08LVKGW1X and "rain rails" for the MX-5 https://rev9autosport.com/garage-vary-h ... rails.html.
But nothing I could find for the E.
If someone here owns a 3D printer and wants to have a crack at this I would be willing to pay
. It would look something like this, ghastly I know but I desire the function over the form

Subaru had frameless windows for forever, and you can get rain guards for them for forever, not cheap, but they exist.
But I found nothing for a Honda e, it is such a niche model, I don´t think that anyone has made rain guards.
