Hi,

Snow unexpectedly early in UK this year...

Are there any recommended preps for winter with the e?

Thanks

Last month we got hold of some 16” rims and added winter tyres, feeling quite smug this week! 🤗
If you’re parking outside, a screen cover can save quite a bit of time in the mornings and reduce pre-heating requirements if that’s important for you.

Keep the tire pressure up and charge the 12V battery frequently if you do not drive the car every day. Remove ice and snow especially from the radar unit between the headlights.

Anybody using silicone "stuff" on their door/window seals?

yes, I do. Because both of my cars, the Honda e and the Subaru STI have frameless windows I am using this kind of stuff. This year I tested something in spray form, I cannot recommend because it makes a mess. Now I am back to the old school stuff with a little sponge at the tip.
