Honda e sales figures
I still haven’t seen another one in South Yorkshire and I spend quite a lot of my day delivering all over the county. It would be typical to see one now with just 4 days to go.
Saw my first 21 plate today, on an A4 Avant.

According to the "danish car impoter's" website there were 80 registered in 2020 and... 1 this year so far.
Glad I’m not alone but also that I haven’t seen you yet ! What colour do you have?
Mine is coming tomorrow, hopefully....

The 2022 Dutch sales figures are known. Honda Netherlands sold 22 e's last year, up from 32 in 2021 and 111 in 2020. Throughout 2022, 312.129 cars were sold in the Netherlands, significantly fewer than other years. For the first time ever, the biggest brand is now Kia with 30.0036 cars (Honda 1.022). Of all those 312.129 cars sold, 23.5% were electric and that does represent a decent increase, though the momentum is slowing down (Subsidies will be phased out).

I ordered my e in March, got delivery mid December. The saleman told me that he could sell 3 a week (Germany), but nothing comes from Honda. They can't be phasing them out if they recently promoted the new Red version...or could they? (Loss of base model). I'm not sure what their strategy is here...
I have also read that there is quite a demand for the new Civic, but the delivery time is more than 8 months. Whether that's all to do with the chip shortages I don't know, but Honda would have been better off leaving the factory in Swindon and building the European Honda's there. But I must say, I also had to wait more than 6 months for my then-new CR-Z. It seems like they don't want to sell cars.Isotope Toast wrote: ↑Mon Jan 02, 2023 3:34 pm I ordered my e in March, got delivery mid December.
