I suspect that NFC on the iPhone requires a proper app, and that the current app is a glorified web app. That would also go a long way towards explaining the horrendous performance we’re seeing.

You need to contact the people at what's called Honda Connected Services.
They will reset your subscription request...

Has anyone gotten the digital key to work yet? When i swipe to the right i see that i can start my car. I press it and it says connecting. Im close to my car, but its stuck on connecting. I cant start my car. I use an IPhone

I give up.
It's all nonsense.
The fact that they don't support NFC on the iPhone and are trying to use Bluetooth instead is not an adequate solution.

I can now see the charge status again - that's something.

I have been waiting since registration at August 27. Still on " delivery" since then, but nothing happens. Already contacted Honda Connected Services, but they don't quite understand what the problem is. Get incomprehensible Dutch(?) mails. I give up too. Car is fantastic, App really sucks.

Dealer fixed it for me.
Going direct over HCS proved too much of a character test.
For me the main value it speeds up the app a bit.

I had a similar issue on Android & had to power cycle my phone.

So it only supports using the app as a digital key?
I thought it would support NFC. AFAIK then you should be able to register an iPhone with Wallet/CarKey?

Please let us know if you get it working!
But since Honda has not substantially improved the software so far, I have my doubts.
