As Bjorn Nyland has shown it is not advisable to run any EV battery to 0% or below, especially if it is an LFP battery (which the Honda e is not).
It is particularly of importance as the battery degrades/ages mainly due to it becoming uncalibrated, not unbalanced and the estimated range is likely to be incorrect.
