Maybe a longshot but have u tried disconnected the 12v battery for 10min and reconnect? Maybe car will reset itself?

The manual does state that after charging/replacing the 12v battery, you most power on and power off the car before charging will work.

Hello,
i tried every method.my car is not charging. I'm going to cry in anger :)
Is it possible to reset this car?

If you followed my link to the manual, it shows on page 343 how to reset to factory defaults. This is unlikely to fix the charging problem however as the charging units are not run by the system entertainment.

Have you tried the other suggestions?

Fully remove/recharge 12v battery?
Physically checked the 12v fuses under the bonnet and in cabin?

You will probably need to take the car back to where you bought it from. The other link I posted showed some users would have damaged charging units after using certain high power chargers.
