I have just taken ownership of a demo Honda E.
Still can’t get the car the generate a pairing PIN, awaiting a reply from Honda….

Is this normal?

Yes it is, however it also depends on what country are you in. Where are you?

UK…
I had to take it back to the dealer yesterday and they fixed it.
All was fine until today, now the ‘all apps’ button no longer responds🙁
