My Honda+ Subscriptions missing

I cannot find how to renew a couple of subscriptions:
Safety & Journey Service
Honda Personal Assistant service

I used to be subscribed but when they expired they did not auto renew and they have disappeared from the Subscriptions section in the "manage Vehicle" in the app.

Does anyone have any idea how to renew these two subscription?

You need to have some patience (don’t forget this is the Honda app), I just had a look myself and the list of subscriptions took a while to populate.
If that doesn’t work, then logout and back into the app.

Do you get any real benefit from these additional features and worth paying?

I only had access to them for 9 months and considered them very poor value and didn’t subscribe in the 2 years since mine ended.

I have tried logging out & back in plus rebooting my phone....still only showing my current subscriptions and no option to renew the missing ones.

I find the journey one really useful for sending locations to the navigation system, so that when you get to the car the nav is ready to go

any other ideas as to how to renew subscriptions would be gratefully received

Is this what you’re seeing or something different, please take a screenshot and let us know, also are you using an iPhone or an Android one?

I'm seeing the same, just nothing below my subscriptions for "You may also like..."
I'm using a iPhone

I suggest leaving the app open for several minutes on that page, it took ages for mine to populate.

I have been told by Honda CS in the UK that they are having a major issue which is affecting a large number of customers. I'd suggest reaching out to Honda so at least they can create a ticket for that.

I've had a ticket open with Honda since 5th September but still no joy

How many updates have you had from Honda since reporting this?
Good luck with this, it took 3 months of me constantly badgering (at least weekly & sometimes daily), by phone, email & in person to the MyHonda+ team and dealership to even get the car correctly configured for the app in the first place.

The only suggestion that I can give is give the selling dealer written warning that you intend to return the car under the 2015 consumer rights act if you want a resolution; that was the route I had to take & guess what it was resolved in a couple of days.
