I took my e out yesterday for it's first charge (after a 30 min run on A & B roads, so mostly 40-60mph) to a local'ish Instavolt (35p/kW) yesterday and it charged from around 29 to 79% at a constant 43kW, then spot on 80% dropped to 22kW, we were still finishing our drinks so left it until about 90% before leaving. This cost me approx £5.

What I am interested to know is, can the car display the charge rate because I couldn't find out how either via the onboard menus or in the manual?
The rapid charger display showed me, however it was raining so I didn't want wait in the rain watching it.

I'll put it on the granny charger later (and have another look), but I need the driveway to clean my old car before putting it up for sale, also as I'm on the Octopus Agile tariff if I'm not finished by 4pm I'll wait until later tonight when it's cheaper to charge.

BTW - just a few minutes ago I started the process to have a 7kW home charger installed, so looks like a 3-4 week wait for that.

I am surprised that you charged with 43kW up to 79% because all previous YouTube videos charged slower. What temperature was it?
I am afraid it won't show the charge rate, that is why we need an OBD2 app or Honda's extended PIDs so that we can see that on our phones.

I seem to remember that the ambient temperature was 18°C whilst it was raining.
Please list the video's showing slower charge rates.

Originally Honda quoted 100kW charging for e, but sadly this didn't materialise, so we ended up with a max of 50kW.

My native language is English, but from what I understand, that shows charging at 49kW:

& then 43kW:

I don't think that I've seen anywhere that the Honda e charges at slower speeds than I have noticed up to 80%, have you not just proven yourself wrong?
