has somebody tested for real the mentioned enhanced pollen filter - 80292-TLA-505 Enhanced Cabin Air - and can confirm its superiority / worth of extra money ?
mine should be replaced after 12 months of usage.

checked further with Honda distributor and got the following NOT clarifying statements:

- 80292-TLA-505 code applies for Honda Jazz only;
- enhanced pollen filter is NOT available for Honda E anymore;
- it might be the one for Jazz can fit Honda e however they CANNOT formally confirm it !?!

your support is appreciated,
thanks

It failed completely, similar to when a brake booster in an ICE fails, the brake pedal feel was completely ruined and I had to step hard and almost to the end of the pedal travel to get braking.

All the assist features that used brake assist also failed, including (from what I can remember):

- All collision avoidance
- Lane keeping/cut-in prediction
- Cruise control
- 1 pedal mode
- Brake hold

Including one more I did not expect, the steering assist was also disabled (I assume this is brake/torque steering), so the steering wheel felt different.
Just had exactly this same failure myself, so I'm glad that you posted this issue, as it's saved me a load of diagnosis time with the dealer I hope.

is that the 3rd or 4th failure of the booster now that's been reported? can't wait for that to fail out of warranty (mine runs out end of month!)

Yeah. I'm out of warranty and my dealer hasn't got a slot to take a look for *a month*. So a long time off the road and probably a bill for close to £1000? Meh.

A month? That's just crazy. Parts take about 3 days to get in from Belgium I think, but a whole month with an undriveable car that's just bonkers. Any dealer can do the work, perhaps look somewhere else? I suspect the bill will be north of £1000, hopefully not by much.

If you are out of warranty - worth asking for the old part back!
