Even after looking at the translated page https://www-nichicon-co-jp.translate.go ... r_pto=wapp I don’t get it 😅

What does it do that an extension lead from the car’s power socket doesn’t?

It gives you 3x more power. 3 x 1,5 kW, so you can actually power your house for a while. Also you don't need to keep door or window open what could be a problem if you don't have garage (power loss and clear sky and dry weather don't go together too well :D ).

Thank you for clarifying! :) I've heard that you can pass an extension lead through a closed door, since there is a rubber seal. I didn't realise when I used it, so I just left a window slightly open.

It was just a guess as I never used none of them :D But I think Honda is only for super emergency. I would go (wait) for something that supposed for V2L. Found this article with some useful info https://zecar.com/post/watt-is-bidirect ... 2g-v2h-v2l
