Today - after almost a year - the problem occurred again.
Good that there is this great forum: I forgot how it solved then...

Honda not admitted that is their fault, buy a Chinese antenna on amazon and all return to work fine.
Sorry for my English.

Since I've been using a VPN, the problem definitely seems to be solved

I am having the same problem since I have switched from Android Auto to Apple Carplay.
When switching back to Android Auto, the GPS is incredibly accurate again.

As soon as I get home I will try to remove the iPhone from the car and re-pair it again.

After repairing and removing old unused phones the GPS problem is still there. Apple CarPlay works perfectly fine in my other car with a chinese headunit.

The position works on android auto because android auto use, always and only, the phone gps.
Car play instead use the car's gps.

Trust me, the real problem is the extension cable from the head unit to antenna. Buy a new antenna on amazon and bypass it.

At the moment we have the problem with the inaccurate positioning via CarPlay again (however the window no longer twitches at the moment).

However, @miura88: I cannot confirm that the GPS signal of the vehicle is the cause: if you switch on the car's own navigation, the vehicle is correctly positioned there....
