Hi,
Woud someone with a Honda E please create a video of the rear view camera in action with the car in reverse mode and the rear view mirror in normal mirror mode.
See for example the screenshot below. It seems to me that what you see on screen doesn't match reality on one of the screens. Left is mirrored from reality.

I don't find it weird, but I do find myself “trusting” the aerial view, as I reverse into our driveway, rather than use side mirrors/camera screens, or just turn around and look back myself as I use to. It's scary how quickly you accept the technology, even though I don't fully understand how the various cameras manage to compute this aerial view.
The car also flashes up an image going forward, if you are close to other “objects” This is me lining up, before I open our Garage doors. Son's A1 alongside.

The 360 view is some clever stitching of camera views. The car in the middle is put on top of that. It’s a model based on the colour of your car.
The cameras on the car act like a fisheye lens used to create 360 photographs.
And congrats on your E purchase

Yes. From page 534 of the Owner's Manual:
* Checking from the front blind view at intersections
The front blind view screen is useful when you need to check for vehicles crossing from either direction at an intersection with poor visibility.
The angle provided by the front blind view screen is 180 degrees.
It also warns, "The front blind view is a wide-angled view. The image will be largely distorted, and objects may appear closer or more distant than they actually are".
